Here's an easy and
delicious recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge from Margo Maguire's kitchen.
Wildly Delicious Peanut Butter Fudge
4 cups sugar
1 12-oz can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
dash of salt
Mix the above ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring it to a
soft, rolling boil and stir constantly for 9 minutes.
Then blend in:
12 oz semi-sweet
chocolate chips
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 pint jar crunchy peanut butter (approx. 2 cups)
Lightly coat a 9
x 13 inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. Pour fudge mixture
into casserole and refrigerate until chilled - approximately 3
hours. Slice it into 2" pieces and serve!
